“I’m so hashtag blessed,” ito ang natutuwang tinuran ni Carla Guevara-La Forteza pagkatapos ng play niyang “Monty Pythons’ Spamalot” na gumaganap siya bilang The Lady of the Lake na palabas na at mapapanood tuwing Biyernes (9:00 p.m.); Sabado, (3:00 at 8:00 PM); at Linggo (3:00 at 8:00 PM) na nagsimula noong Abril 13 hanggang Abril 22 sa Globe Auditorium, Maybank Performing Arts Theater, BGC Arts Center at idinirehe nina Joel Trinidad at Nicky Trivino.

Ani Carla, “this year mag-lie low ako dapat kasi I’m part of Star Magic. Para may time akong mag-TV.

“Pero biglang tumawag sila (Upstart Productions Inc.,) sa akin na there’s a repeat of ‘Spamalot.’

“Tumawag din ang ‘Rak of Aegis.’ I’m also currently rehearsing for ‘Bindondo: The Musical,’ opening on June 29 at the Solaire.

“Tapos mayroon din akong singing group, it’s called the Leading Ladies-Shiela Valderrama, me and Cris Villonco. Kami kasi ang laging leading ladies sa theater ngayon, so we had a trio and we do a lot of private and corporate shows. We recently just arrived from a cruise tour. We have a concert on either Sept or Nov in Malaysia. Kasi when we went there may na-meet kaming musical director na Malaysian of Selangor Symphony Orchestra and they want us to do a fund raising concert.

“Then I bump into tita Joy Virata of Repertory Philippines, and she said she want to do rin Rapunzel, ayan gagawin ko na rin ‘yan,” mahabang kuwento ni Carla.

Gustuhin man ni Carla na tumutok sa telebisyon, hindi niya magawa dahil sa sunod-sunod na play. Umaasa siyang mabibigyan din niya ng oras ang TV dahil mahal niya rin ito.
